WARRANTY POLICY

Our warranty is void, if failure or defect of the unit has resulted from accident, abuse, cannibalisation of parts, catastrophic failure conditions, severe environmental exposure, misapplication, operation exceeding the rated capacities, negligence, contamination, improper calibration, storage or handling by the customer, unauthorized maintenance or repair, or if the barcode label, etching or UV markings has been removed or altered in any manner.

LIMITED LIABILITY

M.I.E.S obligation for warranted units is option to return the fees paid for repair/replace any defective products, and in no event shall M.I.E.S be liable to any damages including but not limited to any special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, expenses, business interruptions, lost profits, savings, business information or any damages arising out of any Repairs, Sales, and Services of goods.

PRICING POLICY

Quotation for repairs will be sent to the party after initial diagnosis of the faulty product. All products sent in for repairs by the party, will commence final repairs, only upon receipt of a Purchase Order or Verbal Go Ahead or Written Confirmation. If the party denies permission to carry out the repair work, a minimum amount will be charged as fees for diagnostic purpose. All deliveries will be done only on C.O.D basis, unless agreed by
